Dear Vodafone & its Social Media Team,
Thanks for your concerns and kind words. Request you to please do not give me any tall claims on call now onward. If you truly want to resolve my issue, forward my query to your esteemed client - VODAFONE SENIOR MANAGEMENT who can actually try to solve the problems.
By calling me every now and then and wasting both of our time, its better to take an appropriate action. Already your page is overloaded with customer issues so there is no point in banging my head and energy there.
Trust me. .. . My words may sound harsh to you but it is for your Company Vodafone and not to the social media team who is working hard to forward all the queries to the concerned person simultaneous giving standard responses to the customers.
