VODAFONE SUCKS --- WORST SERVICES EVER

  • Dear Vodafone & its Social Media Team,
    Thanks for your concerns and kind words. Request you to please do not give me any tall claims on call now onward. If you truly want to resolve my issue, forward my query to your esteemed client - VODAFONE SENIOR MANAGEMENT who can actually try to solve the problems. By calling me every now and then and wasting both of our time, its better to take an appropriate action. Already your page is overloaded with customer issues so there is no point in banging my head and energy there. Trust me. .. . My words may sound harsh to you but it is for your Company Vodafone and not to the social media team who is working hard to forward all the queries to the concerned person simultaneous giving standard responses to the customers.
  • CASE - I purchased VODAFONE INTERNET DONGLE on 8th Feb on an Urgent basis.I was assured that the connection will be activated within 48 hours. Today is 14 Feb and till now it is not activated. Despite of several phone calls and emails no one is ready to answer me correctly.

    It is really sad on the Vodafone part. No one is taking the responsibility. Company is saying - Talk to dealer . Dealer is saying that issues are with the company. Nodal officer is saying it will be activated. ( It has been a week BOSS ) . Nodal officer assistant is saying -' Senior is not here' -- Then why the hell are you sitting there Idiot!! Worst Worst Worst Services ever !!! I am going to throw that Dongle now.. And Guys Please remove your FACEBOOK cover image as well --- Try to get the connections activated first then start claiming for the fastest speed!
